Feedback & complaints

Feedback and complaints

We welcome feedback about your experience. If something has gone wrong or you are unhappy with your care, please tell us so we can understand your concerns.

You can contact us about an NHS or private service. Tell us which service your concern relates to, what happened and how you would like us to respond.

For an initial enquiry, email [email protected] or call 01245 985793. We can explain how to submit further information and which complaints procedure applies.

Please avoid sending detailed medical records in your initial message. We will explain how to share any information needed.

How we handle complaints

Our complaints procedure explains how to submit a complaint, what happens next, expected response times and the escalation options relevant to your service.

Not for emergencies. If you or someone else is at risk, call 999 or NHS 111. For mental-health crisis support, call Samaritans free on 116 123.
