Who we are

Rainbow ADHD is a trading name of Rainbow Diagnostics Ltd, a CQC-regulated healthcare provider and the data controller for the information you provide through this website.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to respond to enquiries and provide care. Depending on the service, this may include contact and identity information, referral details, relevant health and developmental history, assessment information, correspondence and appointment or payment records.

For children and young people, relevant information may also come from parents or carers, education settings and other professionals involved in care.

We also collect limited technical data (for example cookies) to run this website.

How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess service suitability, manage NHS referrals and private bookings, provide assessments and treatment, communicate about care and meet our clinical and legal responsibilities. Health data is processed for the provision of healthcare under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h).

Sharing

We share relevant information with people and organisations involved in providing your care where appropriate and permitted, such as your GP, prescribing or dispensing services, and the providers supporting our clinical systems. We explain relevant information-sharing arrangements as part of your care. We never sell your data.

AI-assisted information gathering for private adults

If you choose our £295 AI-assisted adult assessment, an AI assistant collects information before your video appointment for your doctor to review. The doctor conducts the clinical assessment and makes the diagnostic decision. AI is not used to make your diagnosis. Our £595 fully human assessment does not use this AI information-gathering step.

Children and young people's information

We explain how the young person's information is used and shared, including the involvement of parents or carers and education settings. A young person's confidentiality and participation are considered according to their circumstances and the applicable requirements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and can complain to the ICO. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.

Retention

Clinical records are retained in line with NHS records-management guidance. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed.
