Who we are
RainbowADHD is a trading name of Rainbow Diagnostics Ltd, a CQC-regulated healthcare provider and the data controller for the information you provide through this website.
What we collect
Information you submit through the screening test, contact forms and referrals — such as your name, email, responses and any details you choose to share. We also collect limited technical data (e.g. cookies) to run the site.
How we use it
To provide your assessment and results, respond to enquiries, manage NHS referrals, and meet our legal and clinical obligations. Health data is processed for the provision of healthcare under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h).
Sharing
We share information with your GP and the NHS as part of your care, and with regulated processors that help us operate. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and can complain to the ICO. Contact Hello@rainbowadhd.com to exercise your rights.
Retention
Clinical records are retained in line with NHS records-management guidance. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed.
