The information on Rainbow ADHD is for general education and does not replace professional medical advice. The 60-second test is a screening tool and is not a diagnosis.

Eligibility

Our NHS adult ADHD pathway requires a suitable GP referral and acceptance onto the service. Private adult and children's services have their own suitability criteria, appointment arrangements and fees, explained before booking.

The adult self-check is not a children's assessment tool.

Private bookings and fees

The service description and booking confirmation identify what you are purchasing, the fee and what is included. Assessment fees do not include medication or ongoing treatment unless this is expressly stated.

Adult prices do not apply to children's services unless explicitly confirmed in your booking information.

The £295 AI-assisted adult assessment uses AI to gather information before the doctor's video consultation. AI does not make a diagnosis. The £595 fully human adult assessment uses human-led information gathering without the AI step. In both options, the doctor is responsible for the clinical assessment and diagnostic decision. Neither option guarantees an ADHD diagnosis or prescription. Medication treatment is optional and charged separately.

Assessment outcomes and treatment

Payment is for assessment and clinical care, not a guaranteed diagnosis, prescription or shared-care agreement. Any treatment is subject to clinical suitability and agreement on the proposed care and costs.

Children and young people

Before an appointment, we explain who should attend, what information is needed and the consent arrangements relevant to the young person's care. We may need to clarify parental responsibility and the young person's involvement before proceeding.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Please read the booking terms supplied before payment. They explain the arrangements for cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments and refunds, including what happens if we cannot provide the agreed service.

Ongoing treatment plans

Before an ongoing plan begins, we explain its price, billing arrangements, included care, how to end the plan and how any change affects continued prescribing. Additional care and charges are discussed before they are agreed.
