Eligibility and the information we need depend on whether you are seeking NHS-funded care, private adult care or support for a child.

Our NHS Right to Choose service is for adults aged 18 and over registered with a GP in England. A GP referral is required and referrals are reviewed for clinical suitability.
If you already have an ADHD diagnosis or receive care from another ADHD service, contact us before requesting a referral so we can explain the appropriate route.

We review suitability and explain the health information needed before booking. Assessment and medication treatment are separate clinical decisions.
